STATEMENT
Painting is like a dance on canvas. Some of the most complex
emotions can be described in the simplest of visual forms.
Each piece begins very spontaneously and becomes more detailed
as the composition reveals itself. I am constantly mixing
and matching to find a balance between tension and harmony,
spontaneity and control, empty and active space, and depth
and surface. Every life and growth change that I have experienced
has added a new dimension of expression into my work. A painting
is complete when it no longer demands anything from me.
